Do You Know Who’s Who In Your Life?

When I saw an image of an axe facing the forest with a caption that said something like this, “Although the forest was shrinking, the trees kept welcoming the axe.  Because the handle was made of wood, they thought it was one of them.”  WOW!  Profound!  Many people are choosing to live their lives this way, by electing not to see their truth, and consciously choosing to be a vehicle for someone else’s.  What this means is that you are living a lie.  When you choose to live a lie, you invoke the Universal Law of Truth, because you are here to express your truth.

Many people choose to ruthlessly move along a pathway that really isn’t for them, yet they choose to stick to their guns in the face of everything going wrong, because that’s the right thing to do.  Or so they have been indoctrinated to believe. What happens to your life when you are doing the wrong thing, and keep doing the wrong thing, because you’ve been sold and bought a bill of goods that said, “doing the wrong thing is the right thing to do?” What happens to you then?

The question still remains, and must be answered, “what happens to you, your life, your health, wealth, your potential; what happens to your purpose for living, when you keep doing the wrong thing for the wrong reasons?”  What happens to your life then?  Millions of people today are trapped inside of self or beside themselves, silently suffocating, living soul-destroying lives all in quiet desperation.  Why?  Because they’ve chosen to feel it’s the right thing to do the wrong thing.

Don’t get me wrong, no pun intended, excuses are given freely and eloquently as to why they continue to choose this way of living.  In all honesty some excuses sound valid, but most do not.  The reality is that even if they do sound valid, “an excuse is giving yourself permission not to do the right thing.”  It’s sad, because people really do see their potential, yet never reach their potential, because they have chosen not to see that the axe they’re letting into their lives is undermining their very existence.

You have not come into this life to live someone else’s truth.  Nor to be blinkered or blinded by them, no matter the glare of their bling-bling or their smooth silver tongue.  The Universal Law of Space simply states “two things cannot occupy the same space at the same time.”  And when you are living an inauthentic life, by taking on someone else’s truth, an internal struggle between your intrinsic truth and theirs will ensue.  If at an internal level, and by internal, I mean, with in your mind, the situation isn’t resolved it will escalate into a physical manifestation.  Your truth will express itself.  It can do know other.  Hence, things are happening in your life that leave you shaking your head saying, “I just don’t know how that could’ve happen to me.” Perhaps you need to look at how authentically, and perhaps, or not, you are living your life.  When you choose to create your foundation and build your life upon someone else’s truth, it’s guaranteed to crumble.

Of the many things in life that I am passionate about, the power of conscious choice is at the top of my list.  Henry Ford said, “If you think you can do a thing or you think you can’t do a thing, you’re right!”
Your life is about you and your choices and what you choose to do.  Whatever it is that you choose to do is the right thing, including being a living, breathing vehicle for someone else’s truth.  And please don’t confuse your choice to live an inauthentic life with your intrinsic truth.  They are two different Laws and two different things. You can choose to live a lie, yet living it will never, ever eradicate your truth.

In closing I leave you with a definition of the Universal Law of Truth and this; your intrinsic and authentic truth will always fight for supreme expression, because that is who you are here to be and the life that you are destine to live. You living your truth gives me permission and encouragement to do the same.

The Universal Law of Truth:  Speaks to the real essence of who you are and what your belief system is foundered on.  Truth is an immutable fact that cannot be changed, yet can be built upon. Your truth is your self-authentication and will always be looking for expression. Life will continuously create situations, from happy to heinous, that are designed to encourage you to express your authentic truth.  By expressing your authentic truth, you inadvertently, give others permission to show up and express their authentic truth too.

That’s the Law of Truth and you are bound to it, by your word and by the irrefutable fact that you have been born into this life. Know who’s who in your world and what they contribute, by separating the axe head from the handle.
