Day 1: Let’s Figure Your Life Out In 7 Days


Welcome to  Let’s Figure It Out In 7 Days.

I’m taking this moment to gently remind you, that you are the one who is responsible for making the choices for what you want to manifest in your life.  Attractioners, it really is as simple as that.

I know that choice making isn’t easy.  And I do know from personal experience that random and not so random thoughts can muddy the waters when trying to find clarity.  Mind chatter has a way of creating self-doubt and can leave you wondering if you are worthy of what it is that you want. So to facilitate the process of getting clear on what you want for your life, I’m inviting you to join me in Let’s Figure It Out In 7 Days.

Over the next 7 days I want you to commit to taking timeout for self to get clear and figure out what you really want.  Set your intention.  Be totally authentic and brutally honest with yourself.  And FYI:  This isn’t about figuring out someone else’s life.  This is all about YOU! The process of getting clear, refining and honing in on what you want takes approximately 7 days.  If you need longer then that’s fine.  And if you require less time, then that’s fine too.  This is totally about YOU!   And Attractioners, for the most part you can have what you want.

 

Let’s get to it: Starting tomorrow I am suggesting that you

Materials required: Pen and paper
Time: 10-30 minutes

Day 1

1: Select a time where you can have 10-15 minutes where you won’t be interrupted. This includes being temporarily unplugged from social media and all electronic devices.  This may mean telling family, friends etc. that you won’t be available at XZY time.

2: Get a pen and paper.  The art of writing, using pen and paper is a powerful medium for manifesting.  Writing actually has the ability to connect you to what it is that you are wanting.  It can be the first step in experiencing what you want in tangible form.

3: Get comfortable so that you can write.

4: And start writing down things and conditions that you want to have in your life. These things can be money, house, car, successful business, career etc. It can also be the intangible things or conditions that you want too, like a solid and loving relationship, feeling healthier. And or your perfect partner, thoughts and feelings you want to experience…like peace and tranquility or not to think negatively.

5: Look over the list; add anything that comes to mind.

6: As you look over the list remove anything that doesn’t resonate with you.

7: Put it away so no one but you has access to it. This prevents other people’s positive and or negative views becoming an influencing factor. This has to be totally about you.

 

I also suggest you do the simple breathing technique prior to starting as a way of connection with self in an intentional and focused way.

Do’s & Don’t

  • Do remember to remove and add things to your list. As the days progress from 1-7 you will find that there are things on the list that you really don’t want.
  • Do keep your list to yourself
  • Don’t attempt to do this if you are not committed to focusing 10-15 minutes of your time
  • DON’T BE AFRAID OF WANTING TOO MUCH that can never happen unless you believe it is so.
  • Don’t over analyze what you write down.
  • Don’t question yourself if you only have a few things or one hundred things on your list. For now, just go with the flow.
