We have a way of compartmentalizing our lives. We have a tendency to divide our lives into what we perceive as manageable categories. And within those categories we create neat little segments, again, all designed to support us in managing how we get through the day and cope with the next crisis. Work life, home life, relationships, health, wealth, death, births, personal time, recreation, spiritual growth and the list of compartments and segments goes on.

The reality is our lives are a continuum of the inner discourse that we have 24/7, 365 days a year. What we think, what we feel, what we believe, and how we choose to talk to self…about self, creates the inner and external experiences that we have.
The reality is our lives are a continuum of the inner discourse that we have 24/7, 365 days a year. What we think, what we feel, what we believe, and how we choose to talk to self…about self, creates the inner and external experiences that we have.
Each experience that we have, no matter how it leaves us feeling, isn’t an isolated experience. Each experience that we have is interconnected as it touches, enmeshes with each and every facet of our lives. So, no matter how well you feel that you have compartmentalized or neatly segmented, or walled your life off, the reality is, that can’t happen.
In fact, it’s impossible. And that’s tied to Universal Laws. But, before I wander to far off point and topic, I am likening my explanation of this meme, to a coin. A coin has two sides, heads or tails. Whatever transaction takes place with the coin, both heads and tails will have the same experience. What happens from there is a choice. That choice boils down to how the experience is interpreted.
So, whatever experience you are having, be it good, or be it bad, is part of your inner dialog being made manifest into tangible form. It’s like the transaction of the coin. I’ll finish up by saying this, if you want a different life experience, change your internal dialog.
Blessing,
