Being Able To Thrive Is Fundamental To Your Happiness

This is a subject that I have spoken about on several occasions. It such and important subject, because happiness and what that means to you, is integral to your well-being and your ability to thrive. It’s important to note that if you’re not in a mental or inner state of happiness, that nothing going on around you can give you the feeling of being happy.

It is impossible!

In the same breath, it is impossible for someone to steal your happiness. The only way someone can steal your happiness is if you give them permission to take it. That’s God’s Law. And it’s an immutable Law. Who have you given this permission to?

In a broad stroke this means that in some way you allowed their actions, their beliefs, and their words to preempt yours. You allowed them to prioritize your thought process by putting theirs in the forefront, subjugating and suppressing yours. Who have you given this permission to?

Unhappiness ensues for the most part because your authentic self doesn’t like the thought process and the actions that go with it. The emotion of unhappiness is letting you know that this is a problem.

It’s important to know that happiness is an emotion that is telling you that you like something. Conversely, unhappiness is an emotion telling you that you dislike something.

For full transparency and clarity, my happiness isn’t predicated on what you do, what you think or what you have to say. My happiness is predicated on what I think, on what I do, and on what I have to say.

My happiness is MY outer expression of how I am showing up within and on my screen of space. And that’s a conscious and subconscious choice which ownership, accountability and responsibility will always be bonded to me and fall to me.

So, my question to you is simply this, “what does it feel like, look like, sound like, taste like or even smell like for you to be happy?”

Your answer isn’t about someone else’s idea of what that should be for you. This is all about you and what you want for your life, what you need to thrive.

Once you’ve answered your question, paint yourself an inner or mental mural visualizing what your happiness looks like. Then step into your painted vision and breathe life into it, by becoming a part of it so you and your vision are a living breathing thing.

Give yourself permission to be happy!
